You will have noticed that we have rolled out a couple of new items: this blog of course, and a feedback and support system using GetSatisfaction. Both will allow us to keep in touch with you, our users, and tell you about and listen for any improvements, changes or problems with the site. I’ve decided that someone else can do the work of managing these bits so I apologise in advance for the need to sign up if you want to comment, but it allows me to concentrate on getting the site working.
